THE GIFT OF THE SARCEN STONE.

THE GIFT OF THE SARCEN STONE.

This is a very clear dream I had after visiting a fallen and broken sarcen stone.

Everyone was there from the village, because everyone participated in decisions. This was a loud and raucous event but very good natured. There was a lot of pushing and shoving and laughter.

This was a land dispute of sorts with a man from the village standing in front of the ancient sarcen that was ancient in this ancient time. His back was to the stone and he faced the beautiful green valley with both arms outstretched to either side indicating he owned the entire valley. Although some of the people teased him about owning the whole world his claim was not made in greed it was just the information that had been passed down over time in his family. Everyone was in good spirits and were happy to accept his claim even though it made him uncomfortable.

Suddenly a stranger appeared...as if by magic...he was not from that place but everyone recognized him immediately.

He was a Druid.

Everyone was glad, even the man, because now "the truth of the land would be told."

The Druid stood in front of the sarcen looking at it.

He could read it.

He turned and looked out over the valley raising his left arm straight out in front of him and his right arm out to the side, effectively cutting the mans claim in half.

The villagers erupted with many congratulations and back slapping. The man himself was quite relieved as now there was no question about the valley.

Amid this loud celebration everyone noticed the Druid. With both hands on the sarcen and head bowed in concentration. All went silent and shuffled quietly into a line. The Druid turned around in front of the stone and each villager in turn stood in front of him with head bowed....

Raising his right hand and placing it on each persons head as they stood before him he said, "MAY THE SPIRIT OF THE EARTH RISE THROUGH YOUR FEET, MAY THE SPIRIT OF THE SKY COME DOWN THROUGH YOUR HEAD, MAY THEIR MARRIAGE INSIDE YOU BE SWEET, UNTIL THE DAY YOU ARE DEAD."

PEACE IS A VERB

Peace should be a verb. Peace should be something we do or are doing. Even when I sit amongst nature, still and quiet, I am "doing" peace. I am actively being peaceful. If I only talk about peace but
